Het traditionele visfeest wordt weer gevierd. Van 16 t&m 22 juli 2012, dus een week lang! Elke Chef-kok kookt van uit zijn eigen unieke en individuele filosofie, naast de bestaande menukaart. Een mooie uitdaging om te koken met het heerlijke zeebanket. Mosselen, garnalen, oesters, coquilles, kreeft, krab, wokkels en scheermessen. In soepen, sauzen en salades, in voor- en hoofdgerechten en als amuse.
